If issue is clearly a shipping problem the customer immediately calls UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and enters a claim. Have your tracking number and order value when you call UPS. All orders are insured.

If problem is other than shipping, customer must call The Trim Connection at 321-724-8924 within two weeks of order receipt.

If you received the wrong part number TTC will issue a RA# for return to the manufacturer at no cost to the customer. A new order will be sent to replace and correct the situation.

If a quality defect is found TTC would request a photo or sample of the defect be sent to our office for review. If defective a RA# will be issued for return to the manufacturer at no cost to the customer. A new order will be sent to replace and correct the situation.

If a color / grain issue with a leather hide TTC will need a swatch sent for review. If defective a RA# will be issued for return to the manufacturer at no cost to the customer. A new order will be sent to replace and correct the situation.

If plans change and product is no longer required the order can be returned at the customers shipping expense. A RA# must be requested. A credit will be issued for another purchase at The Trim Connection once the product is received.
